We are frequency, and as such we go through ups and downs mostly caused by our emotions. Emotions are energy in motion and throughout the day, they influence our consciousness calibration and vibrancy. From our basic needs alone we can experience a wide range of emotions. For example, when we feel hunger and do not tend that need, we may experience being angry or "hangry".
Feeling angry is a normal response in certain situations, however, when you calibrate above 200 it is mostly unwelcome. The emotion of anger is best channeled through advocacy and working for social good. However, many people can’t transform anger into socially acceptable responses. At least, not all the time. With self-reflection, honesty and acceptance you can work towards transcending this difficult emotion and become a better version of yourself.
Anger like negative thoughts can be diverted or replaced as you practice self-awareness and strive for self-realization. It doesn’t mean you will never feel anger, it means that it can be transformed. Judgementalism can become acceptance, drama can be ignored and instead of acting out we can practice self-control. The journey to enlightenment has always been about going inward. Knowing, accepting and forgiving yourself is part of the growth you will experience.
Expect to spend time using the skills you learn in spiritual counseling (or that you come up with yourself) to divert lower frequency emotions (like anger!) and turn them into something good. This doesn’t mean you will suppress emotions- they need to be felt and transformed. Emotions that are not processed get stored in the body, eventually causing illness. So be sure to vent or transfer that energy trough proper means like creative self-expression.
A lot of mental training is up ahead, you got this!
